They say if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
Since the inception of Digital HQ in January 2020, I always knew I wanted the company to be bigger than my line of sight. And in order to reach new heights, I would need brilliant minds to build this organization with me.
We’ve had some of the most incredible creatives, strategists, and digital nomads who have joined Digital HQ to service our clients in that time. And as we have continued to scale, the need for another leader has become more apparent than ever.
So when old friend and PR pro Jacqueline Keidel Martinez hit the open market, I immediately reached out. After many conversations, a few projects together, and sharing of core values and missions, she accepted an offer to join Digital HQ as our President and Chief Communications Officer.
Jacqueline oversees our communications and earned media portfolio, where we have strengthened our capabilities across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels. Through this extension, Digital HQ clients have been able to extend their impact both online and offline with content that cuts through the clutter for brands and executives alike.

Meet Jacqueline
Jacqueline (also known as Jak) is a communications powerhouse to be reckoned with. She brings equal parts tenacity and grace in every interaction she has, is indubitably keyed into the latest trends and emerging stories, and can cut through communications clutter better than anyone I know.
A true lifelong learner, Jacqueline is humble in her demeanor but has led an impressive career to date. She is a strategic communications leader with nearly 15 years of experience in building connection, reputation, and trust between brands, executives, and their most important audiences. Through her public relations and communications expertise, she develops and executes modern brand-building strategies for Fortune 100 companies and fractional arms for global agencies Digital HQ represents.
Jacqueline brings executive-level experience leading communications teams for the largest full-service marketing agencies in Arizona and Fortune 500s. It was during her tenure at these firms where she learned that a brand’s true breakthrough moments require a comprehensive approach to traditional and digital communications. Her body of work includes creating and executing public relations and social media strategies for globally-recognized organizations and standout national and local brands, such as Mayo Clinic, United Nations, Arizona Office of Tourism, Arizona Lottery and EoS Fitness.
Prior to Digital HQ, Jacqueline led external communications at PetSmart Headquarters, where she modernized the company’s approach to public relations and developed corporate strategies that increased brand exposure, enhanced corporate reputation, and drove a 70% increase in PR revenue.
In an era of endless content consumption, she believes the value of PR is in its ability to build connection and trust with key audiences. Her modern approach to integrating digital and traditional communications bolsters Digital HQ’s clients’ awareness, credibility and significance in an ever-changing landscape.

I’m passionate about creating a space on the internet for brands to drive positive change for their audience. Whether it’s providing entertainment, education, or inspiration, I believe that brands have an obligation to their customers to invest socially in the loyalty that they seek from their buyers. And like any good relationship, it’s a two-way street.
That’s what I love about social. I mean, when’s the last time a billboard responded to your question?
